peter and caitlin's ( http://www.myspace.com/freelovefenner) show was awesome. they're playing again next friday. who woulda thought my princely little bro would end up playing backup bass and guitar licks on his girlfriend's songs? haha. i had a dream those two put my grandmother's dining room set out in the alley and when i went out to get it some man was loading it in his truck. i explained they were my grandmother's and could i have them back but he said he only had 3 of the chairs. i ran around the city in an incredible state of anxiety trying to find the woman who had the 4th chair.

it's lightning storms over montreal. the whole city feels like big grey bubble about to burst. fretting about missed festivals and ripening fruit and that chair on the sidewalk (should i give it a good home even tho it's a bit smelly?) i think i'll buy a kiddie pool at canadian tire on the way home instead of going to the library to take out a book on how to hire someone properly and that edith butler cd from 1995. it's nearly quitting time hoorah
